Dance and Channeling Classes
This class is designed to playfully and dynamically move through any blocked
energy patterns that are restricting your natural flow of health and well
being.
We will tap into that intelligence that beats your heart, regenerates
your cells, and breaths you without you even thinking about it.
Time to lose our minds, penetrate the bigger picture and surrender to the
power and wisdom of our feeling hearts.
We will be using large exercise balls, great music from around the world,
micro-movements, Egyptian sounding and time travel.
Mearah will Channel for the group and you will channel for each other after
the dance.

Blueprint Regeneration and Ancestrial Clearings
This workshop will be take place in direct alignment with the energies that
are so powerfully being downloaded into the planet at this time.
These are the energies that we will be channeling through for regeneration and healing.
During the workshop, we will be addressing and releasing the energy patterns
of distortions that cause pain and suffering.
We will be aligning with the energies of your original blueprint and bringing into manifestation that which
your heart desires.
